Undeliverable or Returned Shipments

Orders may be returned to us if the delivery address is incomplete or incorrect, the recipient cannot be contacted, delivery is refused, or the shipment cannot be completed for reasons relating to the recipient.

Where a shipment is returned to us, we will contact the customer regarding the available next steps. Additional shipping charges may apply if re-delivery is requested.
